Literary agents, ready, set, go!

By early April, testing of the functional of literary agents in Litarea will be completed. Upon its completion, the residents of the Platform who are able to promote content on the Internet, can offer the authors their services as agent for a percentage of the sales of all books of their "customers"

From 01/01/2018, the literary agents interface starts to work on the Litarea Platform. agent. Any resident who knows how to promote interesting books on the Internet can offer authors their services as a "literary agent" and receive a percentage of the sales of promoted books. The action of the contract between the author and the agent are limited in time. The contract can be concluded for a period of ½ year up to five years. The maximum amount of fee of literary agent is limited to 8% of the amount of royalties. The agent receives a percentage of the sales of all the books of his "client". After the signing of the Contract of Cooperation with the author the literary agent gets access to editing the annotation, commercial description and the book tags to create more "selling articles". The agent also gains the right to publish announcements on behalf of the author. In the near future, the corresponding section will appear in the Regulations of the Literature, as well as in the book "Litaria - Bibliosphere of the Third Millennium".
